Cancellation & No Show policy

We understand that things happen and that sometimes you just can't make your appointment. We kindly ask that you do however provide us with at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will provide us the opportunity to offer this time slot to other clients.

If 24 hours notice is not provided , a fee of 50% of the booked treatment cost will apply. Failure to show up for an appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled appointment cost.

Please be prompt, in order to receive your full treatment. Arriving late will reduce the time of your treatment, as your treatment will end at the scheduled time, to prevent the next client from being delayed. In the event of you arriving so late that we can not provide you with the treatment our cancellation policy will apply.

Gift Vouchers

All gift Vouchers are valid for 12 Months from the date of purchase. You will be required to quote your gift vouchers number at the time of your booking in order to redeem it. In the event of a cancellation, with less than 24 hours notification or a no-show, our cancellation policy will apply and the value will be redeemed from the voucher.
